Central water will be provided as follows. When you are ready to build on the property (after we have

water line extension fee, which will include all actual costs for the extension of the line and connections

of central water service, you will also pay to us the excess, if any, of the actual cost of the water line i

Central sewer facilities will be provided as follows. When you are ready to build on the property (after
