A. WATER FACILITIES 1
Central water will be provided as follows. When you are ready to build on the property (after we have )
deeded the property and you have obtained a building permit), we will extend central water lines to the
property upon 60 days' written notice. In addition to the purchase price of the property, you will pay a ~
~==z water line extension fee, which will include all actual costs for the extension of the line and connections ~ }
to your home. This extension fee is currently estimated at 5300 and is payable at the rate of 53.50 per
month per homesite, commencing three years after the date of this agreement. Prior to commencement
