hereby grant. bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the acid Mo-tgagee, his heirs, succeaaoro
and assigns. all the certain pieces..., parceL... or tract.... of land. of which the acid Mortgagor V now seized and

as follows:

PURPOSES AS EXHIBIT "A".
PARTIAL RELEASE CLAUSE:
After January 2, 1980, prepayment or payment, in the amount of
$45,000.00, the Mortgagees shall release the home place from the
Mortgage, which is shown as Lot 3 on Map attached and marked as
Exhibit "B'•. The said sum of $45,000.00 will apply to the semi-
annual principal payments due.
The Mortgagees shall release from the Mortgage Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, -
6 and 7, comprising approximately 1/2 acre each, for the sum of
$45,000.00 each.
Interior lots 8 through 16 shall be released from the Mortgage
upon prepayment in the amount of $18,000.00 per lot.
The sums paid for each release of any lot shall apply to the next
semi-annual principal payment due on the Mortgage and Note.
There shall be no penalty for prepayment in whole or in part after
January 2 , 1980.

teaaibly seized of said land in fee simple; that the said Mortgagor has full power and lawful right to convey the
same in tee pimple as a[oreaald; that It shall be lawful for said Mortgagee. his hetro, legal representatives, auc-
cesaora and assigns, at all times peaceably and quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy and enjoy said land and every
part thereof; that said land is free from all incumbrances; that sold Mortgagor, his heirs, legal repreaentatlves,
successors and assigns, will make such further assurances to perfect the fee simple title to Bald land in paid
Mortgagee, hip heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns, as may reasonably be required; and that sold
