PARCEL ONE: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the North 1/2

East; thence run North 834.84 feet on the East line of said
Government Lot 9 to a point; thence run West 626.13 feet to a
point; thence run South 834.84 feet, more or less, to the waters I
edge of the North Fork of the St. Lucie River, commonly called
Tarpon Bay; thence meander the shore of the waters edge easterly
to the point of beginning, containing 12 acres, more or less;
TOGETHER with all riparian rights thereunto belonging or in
