ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the Report to the -
Court of Dorothy E. Howe, as Personal Representative/Administratrix,
and it appearing to the Court that Robert J. Gorman, the attorney
for children heirs Raymond Y.owe, Richard Howe, Randy Howe and
Linda Bowe; Davitl L. Thomas, the attorney for Ronald Bowe; Guy
R. IIruni, the attorney for Lucille Howe, and Isham W. Adams, the-
attorney for Dorothy E. Howe received copies of this Report to
the Court and Notice of Nearing by formal notice.
It further appearing that this Court entered an Order on
August 25, 1978 which order was duly implemented and resulted in -
a Stipulation for Settlement beir_g entered into between Lucille
Howe and the Estate of Howard F. Howe dated October 3, 1978,
pursuant to which an order was entered in the partition action
in that cause pending in the Circuit Court, Nineteenth Judicial
Circuit in St. Lucie County, Florida, Case tio. 73-543-CA dated
January 30, 1979, a copy of which was incorporated in the Report
to the Court, and it further appearing to the Court that since the
date of the original order of this court on August 25, 1978, the
share which the estate is entitled to receive as a part of this
settlement has diminished as against the value of the share ~ahich
Lucille Howe is to receive as a part of this settlement by an amount

which the accountant for the estate estimates as $3,848.56. It
' further appears to the Court and to the attorneys for the parties
a appearing at the hearing that in view of the potential additional
cost of further litigation that it is in the best interest of the
a estate to conclude the settlement in spite of the reported change
~ of value and interested parties having filed no objections, and
