Howe, as Personal Representative/Adminis- tratrix, is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Personal Representative's Deed to an undivided one-half interest in and to the real property in the County of St. Lucie, Florida, described as: Lot 1 and the Southerly 1/2 of Lot 2 in Block 12, FORT PIERCE BEACH SUBDIVISION as per plat thereof filed for record in Plat Book 8, at Page29, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; Also described as: Beginning at a concrete monument at the Southeast corner of Lot 1 of Block 12, Revised Plat of Fort Pierce Beach Subdivision, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 29, St. Lucie County, Florida Public Records, run thence North 10°38'E1est, along the westerly line of Fernandina Ave. 90.4 feet to a concrete monument, thence South 8 804' West 199.62 feet to a mangrove post on the original West l~ne of Lots 1 and 2 of said Block 12; thence South 11 O1' East along the original West line of Lots 1 and 2 of said Block 12, 83.5 feet to the South line of Lot 1 of Block 12 of aforesaid plat of Fort Pierce Beach Sub- division; thence East along the South line of-said Lot 1, 200.0 feet to the point of beginning, including rrparian rights. Subject to that certain mortgage from Lucille M. Howe. and Iioward F. Howe to t}ie First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce in the original amount of $28,000 executed December 10, 1966 and recorded December 12, 1966 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in O. R.IIook 161, Page 258. 2. That Dorothy E. Ilowe, as Personal Representative/Adminis- tratrix is authorized and directed to assign all of the estate's right, title and interest in and to t}ie Cleveland Stevens and t f Estelle Stevens note and mortgage, referenced as "Exhibit A" in the Stipulation filed with this court, and being upon the following described piece or parcel of land situate and being in St. Lucie County, Florida: Lot 1, Blocl: 1, less the South 5 feet and the South 2 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, Clyde Killer's Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Boo}: 4, Page 73, Public Records } of St. Lucie County, Florida; said assignment being without recourse. i 3.
