Howe, her heirs, successors and assigns.
4. That Dorothy E. Bowe, as Personal Representative/Adminis-
tratrix of the Estate of Howard F. Ilowe is authorized and directed
to pay the sum of $1,642.52 to Lucille Howe pursuant to the judge-
ment entered in favor_.of:the estate upon Lucille Iiowe's separate
claims for rents and profits during the life of the decedent.
5. That the court appointed agent for the Estate of Howard F.
Howe, Joseph G. Spitz, is authorized and directed to receive
custody and control of all receivership property being transferred
to tl>ie Estate of )EIoward F. Howe pursuant to the order dated
January 30, 197.9 and signed by Judge Dwight L. Geiger of St. Lucie
County in the partition action identified in this order.
