PARCEL B.
Begin at the point of intersection of the West line of the East 1/2
of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 24, Township 35 South, F.ange
39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,'with the Southerly right of way
line of Okeechobee Road (S.R. X70); thence run N 70°04'03"E,
along said right of way line, a distance of 175.00 feet to a point;
thence run S 00°06'51"W, along a line parallel to the West line of
said East 1/2 of SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of said Section 24, a distance
of 250.00 feet; thence run N 88°55'46"W, along a line parallel to
the South line of said Section 24, a distance of 164.67 feet, more
or less, to a point on the West line of said East 1/2 of the SW 1/4
of the SW 1/4 of Section 24; thence run N 00°06'51"W, along said
West line a distance of 187.26 feet, more or less, to the POINT OF
' BEGINNING.
SUBJECT TO the reservations, if any, made by the Plat of Section 24,
Township 35 South, Range 39 East, filed in Plat Book 2, page 32, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, provided that this

RESERVING UNTO GRANTORS, their successors or assigns, an easement for
ingress and egress along the East 20 feet of the above described real
property, which easement shall continue for so long as Grantors, their
successors or assigns, hold(s) a mortgage encumbering any part of the
above described real property or a separate mortgage encumbering any
part of the real property lying immediately East of and contiguous
to the above described real property. Upon satisfaction of said
mortgage(s), the Grantors covenant for themselves, their successors
or assigns, to release this reserved easement by quit-claim deed in
proper form.
THIS IS A CORRECTIVE DEED, executed and delivered to correct the
legal description contained in that certain deed between the parties
hereto, dated December 28, 1978, recorded December 29, 1978 in O. R.
Book 300, pages 1795 and 1796 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
