KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that WE, PHILIP P..
HOEFFNER and MARIE HOEFFNER, his wife, by Contract for~Purchase
and Sale of Real Property dated December 15, 1978, have granted
to GERALD S. JAMES a 30-day right of first refusal to purchase
the following described real property situate and being in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit:
o ~ Begin at the point of intersection of the West line of
M ~ the East 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 24,
o j Township 35 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
o with the Southerly right of way line of Okeechobee Road ;:_t: L., _
r~r (S.R. X70); thence run N 70°04'03"E, along said right of
;':-:q way line, a distance of 175.00 feet to a point; thence ,
run S 00°06' S1"W, along a line parallel to the West line ~ - ,

~ a distance of~250.00 feet; thence run N 88°55'46"W, along
a line parallel to the South line of said Section 24, a ~ ~

which right of first refusal to purchase is more fully set forth 4;~
in Paragraph 17 of said unrecorded Contract for Purchase and Sale
dated December 15, 1978.
This Amended Memorandum of Agreement is executed and recorded
to correct the legal description contained in that certain Memorandum
of Agreement between the parties hereto, dated December 28, 1978,
recorded ir. O. R. Book 300, gage 1797 of the public records of St.
s Lucie County, Florida. ~
