N D N 1. The decedent, ANNETTE P . JENKINS , a resident of St. Lucie Count , Florida ,died on y August 20 , 19 78 and Letter of Administration were issued to Petitioner on September 20 , 19 78 2. Petitioner files herewith either a fmal accounting containing a complete report of all receipts and disbursements since the commencement of administration of this estate, or since the date of the last accounting filed herein, if any, or waivers signed by all interested persons, other than Petitioner, waiving the filing of a fmal accounting. 3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the payment of aD taxes and expenses of administration. i i 4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to the personal representatives, attorneys , ~ accountants, appraisers or other agents employed by the personal representative is set forth in Exlu'bit "A"attached hereto. 5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax retur~u with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obl;gations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any. 6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule of distribution attached hereto as Exhibit "B". _ 7.
