ORDER GRANTING STAY UNDER
SOLDIERS SAILORS IVIL RELIEF ACT
This cause was heard pursuant to a notice
to stay further proceedings in the above-styled cause in
accordance with the provisions of Section 521 of the Appendix
to Title 50 of the United States Code, also known as the -
Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act.
Upon proof being made to the satisfaction of the
Court, and good cause appearing therefore, it is
ADJUDGED that the motion for a stay be, and the same
is hereby granted as to the trial of this cause. For all other
~ matters the cause may proceed.
