ORDER ON PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE
A Pre-Trial Conference having been held, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. Sti ulations and Admissions were made as follows:
a) Plaintiffs abandon Count V of their Complaint.
b) .~11 questions regarding the award of attorney
fees are reserved to the Court to be heard upon Motion after
trial of this cause.
c) Defendant is a Florida Corporation doing
business in St. Lucie County, Florida.
d) Defendant is engaged in the trade or commerce
of selling condominium parcels owned by it for sale in the
ordinary course of business and not owned for its own occupancy.
e) On or about July 26, 1977, Plaintiffs entered
into a contract with Defendant for the purchase of condominium
unit number 802, Hutchinson Island Club, a condominium,
~ according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded
in O.R. Book 254, pages 21, 28, et sec., Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida
f) On or about September 3, 1976, the Defendant

- delivered to the Plaintiffs a deed conveying condominium
x unit number 802, Hutchinson Island Club, a condominium,
