THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard, pursuant to Notice, on the
following motions for Defendants, to~wit: Defendant's, BUSINESS SECURITY
AND INVESTIGATION CORPORATION, INC.'s Notion for Judgment in accordance
with said Defendant's Motion for Directed Verdict, and Motion for New
Trial, and Defendant's, PARLIAMENT INSURANCE COMPANY's Motion for New
Trial and Motion for Rehearing on Insurance Coverage Issued under Count
II of Plaintiff's Amended Complaint or, alternatively, Motion for New
Trial, the Court hearing argument of counsel and being otherwise fully
advised, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant's, BUSINESS SECURITY AND
INVESTIGATION CORPORATION, INC.'s Motion for Rehearing and Motion for
Judgment in accordance with Defendant's Motion for Directed Verdict be,
and the same is hereby, denied.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant's, PARLIAMENT INSURANCE
~ COMPANY'S Motion for New Trial and Motion for Rehearing on insurance
coverage issue under Count II of Plaintiff's Amended Complaint, or in
the alternative, Motion for New Tria~, be, and the same is hereby, denied.
