ORDER ON PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE
Pre-Trial Conference having been held, and the Plaintiff
presenting its pre-trial compliance, and the Defendant failing
to do so, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. The Defendant shall have five days to file his ~

pre-trial compliance in this cause or his answer shall be striken.
2. At the request of the Defendant, the Defendant shall
have five days from May 16, 1979, in which to amend his complaint. .
3. Stipulations and admissions were made as follows: The
Defendant admitted all of the allegations contained in
Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 16 of the complaint. All
~ other facts alleged in the complaint remain to be litigated at this
time.
4. EVIDENCE. Documentary and other evidence listed and 1
presented at the pre-trial conference shall be admitted into evidence

without objection, except as hereinbelow reserved.
