A. The defendant submitted no list

Each of the parties is allowed to amend its list of
documentary evidence up to seven days prior to the trial of this

cause. Each party shall notify the court and opposing counsel
of said amendments.
S. DISCOVERY. Discovery shall be completed by the parties
no later than seven days prior to the trial of this cause.
6. EXPERT WITNESSES. Expert witnesses may be called out
of turn by either party.
7. WITNESSES. Only those witnesses listed at the pre-

counsel. Additional jury instructions shall be submitted no later
than at the conclusion of the testimony.
