ORDER
This Cause came on for hearing upon Plaintiff's Motion to
Compel Discovery, and upon the Court finding that the Defendant
has failed to make discovery as alleged in said Motion, and
upon the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DIRECTED that the Defendant shall
make discovery within ten days after May 16, 1979. This
submission to discovery shall include the taking of the deposition
of RUSSELL LONG, the President and Chief Executive Officer of the
Defendant Corporation, at a time and place as set out by the
Plaintiff's counsel. In addition, the Defendant shall produce
k the requested documents no later than one business day prior to

the setting of the deposition of RUSSELL LONG.
The Plaintiff is awarded costs from the Defendant in the
I
amount of $50.00 as reasonable attorney's fees, and $18.50 for
court reporter's cost as a result of the Defendant's failure to
