GRIMES, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 24th day of May , 1979, and the Court having given full a~nsideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievabl broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between DAVID T. GRIlKES and CAROLYN M. GRIMES be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. LUMP SUM ALIMONY: The Wife is hereby awarded - ~ the Husband's interest in the jointly owned personal property consisting of the 1977 Plymouth automobile, vehicle identif ication number RL4167A186064. The Husband is directed to convey to the .Wife all of his right, title and interest in said personal propert .
