FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the 24th day of May,
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGID as follows:
j 1. The marriage between DAVID L. JOHNSTON and VINEY M.
E
JOHNSTON be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
t
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. Custody of RONALD '3RADFORD JOI~ISTON, minor child of
the parties, is hereby awarded to the Husband, with reasonable
rights of visitation reserved to the Wife, VINEY M. JOHNSTON.
3. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement dated
April 18, 1979 and the Addendum thereto dated April 27, 1979, which
T were admitted into evidence, are hereby incorporated herein by re-
Terence and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions
thereof.
