This cause came on to be heard on May 21, 1979 on the
Plaintiff's Motion for travel expense and the Court having
heard argument of counsel for the respective parties and being
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court reserves ruling on
said Motion until final hearing is had on the Defendant's
Motion to Modify the Partial Summary Judgment entered by the
above entitled Court on April 15, 1977.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this day of May, 1979.
