O R D E~R
This cause came on to be heard on May 21, 1979 on the
Wife's Motion to Modify the Final Judgment, and the Court
having heard testimony of the respective parties and argument
of counsel for the Wife, and being fully advised in the premises,

'it is thereupon '
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Husband, Charles A. McNeil, shall pay to
the Wife, Dorothy M. McNeil, the sum of $900 within 45 days from 1
the date.of this Order, being the total of the $100 monthly
payments which the Husband has failed to pay pursuant to Para-
f
graph 5 of the Final Judgment.
2. Custody of Charles Anthony McNeil, minor child

~ of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, Dorothy M. McNeil, ~
commencing July 1, 1979 with reasonable visitation rights reserved

3. The Wife, Dorothy M. McNeil, shall have the
exclusive use, possession and control of the marital home located ~
at 901 North 39th Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida and the furniture ~
and furnishings therein for the use of the Wife and minor child
of the parties hereto until said minor child reaches his majority,
marries, dies or becomes self-supporting, whichever event first _
occurs. The monthly payment of $214 on the mortgage presently
