approximately $16,969.90 as of September 6~, 1978, shall be
paid alternately by the parties hereto; the Husband, Charles
A. McNeil, shall make the payment due June 10, 1979 and the
Wife, Dorothy M. McNeil, shall make the payment due July 10,
1979. In the event the taxes and insurance are not included in
the monthly payments on said mortgage, the parties hereto shall
alternate by one paying such taxes and insurance one year and the
other party the next year. The maintenance of the marital
dwelling shall be the joint responsibility of the parties; the
Husband shall advance the initial cost of maintenance and submit
receipted bills to the Wife, and the Wife shall reimburse the

Husband for one-half of such expenditures at the end of each
calendar year.
4. The Husband, Charles A. McNeil, shall be respor_-
sible for and pay all doctor, drug, dental and optical bills
incurred for the benefit of the minor child above named.
5. In the event the marital dwelling located at 1804
North 16th Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida has not been sold or dis-
posed of and the Wife and minor child are occupying said home
pursuant to this Order, the Wife, Dorothy M. McNeil, shall lease
to the Husband, Charles A. McNeil, the dwelling owned by her
located at 1804 North 16th Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida for a
period of one year for the sum of $150 each month, payable in i
advance.
