ORDER
THIS MATTER having come on before me upon the Stipulation
entered into between the parties dated May 1979, and
the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that said Stipulation be and the same
is hereby approved by this Court and that the parties hereto
are hereby ordered to comply with the terms thereof; it is
further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that all provisions of the Final Judgment
and the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement incorporated
therein which are not in conflict with this Order or Stipulation
i
shall remain in full force and effect.
