The undersigned as attorney of record for ST. LUCIE
PLAZA, a Joint Venture of MELVIN F. SEMBLER, FRED A. BESHARA,
Individually and as Trustee, ALBERT L. DANGLER and NICHOLAS
MANOS, does hereby certify that in consideration of the
payment of $9,133.76 by RAY'S INN, INC., ORVILLE R. PAR:CS
and LOUISE T. PARKS, his wife, representing the amount of

I unpaid rentals for the rental of space in ST. LUCIE PLAZA,
more particularly described in those certain Lease Agreements
dated January 9, 1975, and October 1, 1975, that any Statutory
Landlord's Lien created by virtue of §83.08(2) Florida
Statutes on the following described personal property is
hereby released and satisfied, to-wit:
All assests of the restaurant known as
Continental Restaurant, formerly known
as Pinocchio's Restaurant and prior to
~ that, as Ray's Inn, all located at 7941
South Federal Highway, Port St. Lucie,
