HomeMy WebLinkAbout1379 Borrower and Lender hereby expressly adopt and incorporate by reference into this Mortgage and hereby agree to bs bound by the covenants and agresmenta contained in Utiform Covenants numbered '1 through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of the master form of mortgage recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property is located and in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the date, in the volume and, at the page as follows: Deed Book qty Date of Record Volume P~ St. Lucie 1-29.76 24~ 423 Martin 1.29-76 395 986 Indian River 1.29-76 509 241 Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all references to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions hereby incorporated by reference into thin Mortgage. ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree as follows: 2i. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort- gage, not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, exceed the orginal amount of the Note plus US ~ IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Borrower has executed this Mortgage.
