thereon as it shall betome due, oawding to the true intent and meaning thereof, together with all coals, charges and expenses,
including a reasonable attorney i fee, which the Mortgagee may incur or be put to in collecting the same by foreclosure or other-
wise, or in protecting the security of the Mortgages, whether by suit or otherwise and shall well and truly keep, observe, perform,
comply with and abide by each and every the stipulot'wns, ogreemenh, conditions and covenants of said promissory note and this
mortgage os and when required thereby -then this mortgage and the estate hereby created shall cease and be null and void,
otherwise the some shaft remain of binding forte and effect.
