And subject to that certain Mortgage executed by Edward A. Williams and Annette
Y. Williams, his wife, in favor of First Federal Savings and Loan Assoc: of Ft.
Pierce, dated December 3, 1975, filed December 18, 1975, in Offical Record Book
246, page 2452, in the original amount of $ 24,800.00, public records of St. Lucie
CountyT, Florida which Grantees hereby agree to assume and pay.
