SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That, The Oxford
Finance Companies, Inc.
a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania
the owner and holder of a certain Mortgage Deed executed by
George Virgle Hart and Nguyen Thi Sam Hart, his wife
to Holiday Out In America At. St. Lucie, Inc.
bearing date the 5th day of ~'une , 19 7~ recorded in .t
Official Record Book 218 Page 1527 , in the Office of the Clerk
of Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing a certain
Note in the principal sum of Seventeen Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-sevens
Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said Mortgage 89/~;
Deed, upon the property situate in said State and County described 1001
particularly in said Mortgage, hereby acknowledges full payment and
satisfaction of said Mortgage Deed and Note, and surrenders the same as
cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to
cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said corporation has caused these
presents to be executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be here-
unto affixed, by its property officers thereunto duly authorized, this
