The above described land is conveyed subject to all easements and
restrictions of record which legally affect the title to said property.
The parties of the first part covenant that they have the right to
oanvey the said land to the parties of the second part; that they have done
no act to encumber such land; that the parties of the second part shall have
quiet possession of the said lamed, free from all encumbr~ces, and that the
f said parties of the first part will execute such further assurances of the
said land as may be requisite.
