PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE 'J-

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, HUTCHIN50N ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, Mortgagor, by
Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 15th day oP August, A.D., 1978,
and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for
the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Records eook 292,
Page 1643, mortgaged unto THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, national
association and assigns, Mortgagee, the premises therein particularly
described, to secure the payment of the sum of THREE MILLION FIFTY
THOUSAND and NO/100s ($3,OSO,000.00) DOLLARS, with interest as therein
mentioned; and
WHEREAS, Mortgagor executed a Uniform Commercial Code Financing
Statement filed on August 16, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Book
292 at Page 1658, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Mortgagor executed a Uniform Commercial Code Financing
Statement filed on September 8, 1978, with the Secretary of State, State
of Florida, under File No. 929816; and
WHEREAS, the said HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP has
requested the said THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO to release the
premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises,
from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE That the said THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK
OF CHICAGO as well in consideration of the premises as of the sum of TEN
and NO/100s (10.00) DOLLARS, to it paid by the said HUTCHINSON ISLAND
LIMITED PARTNERSHIP at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said Mortgage unto
the said HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP it heirs and assigns, all
that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises
conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 5521 of GOLF VILLAS,
a Condominium, according to the
Declaration of Condominium therefor
recorded in Official Record Book 302,
page 1250, et seq., Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, together
with the undivided interests
appeartaining thereto pursuant to said
Declaration.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP its heirs and assigns forever,
freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage
' and Commercial Code Financing Statements, and every part thereof;
provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in
anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of the
aforesaid Mortgage and Commercial Code Financing Statements, on the
remaining part of said mortgaged premises not hereby released therefrom,
or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO
has caused these presents to been executed in its name, and its corporate
