~ MORTGAGE MODIFICA?'ION AtJD EXTENSION AGPEEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this
day~of May, 1979, by a:~d between OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA,
INC., a Tennessee corporation having its principal office at
2300 Crestmoor Drive, Nashville, Tennessee (the "Mortgagor"),
and CITIBANK, N.A., formerly known as First National City
Bank, a national banking association organized under the laws
of the United States of America, having its principal office
at 399 Park Avenue, New York, New York 10043 (~he "Mortgagee").

WIiEREAS, Mortgagee is now the owner and holder
by assignment of the following mortgages (collectit*ely
tha Mortgages"), to wit:
(a) A Mortgagz Dsed, executed the 14th day of
October, 1970, by Mortgagor to Continental Mortgage
Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
$5,100,000 and recorded in Officia? Record Book 187, gage
2404, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida,
therein :Wore particularly described; as amended b}• Modifi-
cation of Mortgage Deed, dated Oc+_ober 4, 1972, amending
the sum secured by an additional principal indebtedness of
$1,112,392 and also encumbering other lands in Polk Ccunty,
Florida, which Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded
in Official Record Bock 207, Page 867, et seq., Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
(b) A Florida Mortgage Deed, execute3 she 4th
day of June, 1971, by and between Mortgagor an3 Continental
Mortgage Investors, securing $3,500,000, zncumbering certain
lands in Polk and S t. Lucie Counties, Florida, therein more
particularly described, recorded in Official Record Book 1368,
Page 1005, et seq., Public Recoras of Polk County, F3.orida,
and is Official Record Book 193, Page 2301, et seq., Pubic
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as amended by Modifica-
tior. of Florida Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending
the su.-n secured by an additional principal indebtedness of
$429,644, which Modification of Florida i~iortgage Deed was
recorded in Official Record Book 1490, Page 629, et seq.,
Public Records of Polk County, Florida, and in Official. Record
Book 208, Page 897, et seq., Public Records of St. Luce.
