is subJect in every respect to the Ueclarat trnt ctf Condominium as tct cite conrl~minium
in which his unit is located and Exhibits attached theroto, ittcl,uling but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the D~claratirnt of referred to '
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorpnratirnt, the Rnle~ and
Regulations, copy of pro-jected operating budget, campy c•f sates brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and a.ll Amendments to the aforesaid )t~-
claration and F.x(tibits and the Articles of (ncorporati~n, By-Laws and U~claratirnt
of Covenants and Restrictions of the Prnperty Owner'G.Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination ci[ said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and finer plan, and acknowledges that each and
-every provision of the foregoing is essential to the success[ul operation and manage-
- meet of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all ousters ~f parcels in the aforedescrihed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every prevision of said Declar-.
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached therntT. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisirnts of said Declaratirnt of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and .,Frees that the assessment under thc•
Property Owner's Association documents referred to above and the provisirnts thereof
are reasonable, fair and equitable, and swirl Purchaser acknnwled{;es and confirms
that the Declaration oC Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon tl:e Crntdominium parcel being crntveved to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under cite said neclaratirnt of Covenants
and Restri_citons of the Property Ousters' Association and said Purchaser assumes the
obligations as to the Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel.
