SATISFACTION OF MORT QAGE
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That HARRIS CONSTBTJCTION CORPORATION
a Florida Corporation, and Valerie V. Harris, individually,
the owners by assignment and holders of a certain mortgage deed executed
by: James R. Simeral
to Harris Construction Corporation bearing date the 26th day of ;
December A.D. 1973 , recorded in Official Record Book 222 , at Page
1012 , in the office of the Clerk of t2~e Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida, securing a certain note in the principal sum of $4,794.15
and certain promises and obligations set forth in the. aforesaid mortgages„
