KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned Mortgagor
hereby corrects that certain Mortgage, recorded in O.R. Book 304, at
Page 1566 and Page~1567, and re-recorded in O.R. Book 305, at Page 1451
and Page 1452, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said
Mortgage being dated March 5, 1979, and filed March 6, 1979 and
March 21, 1979, in the original amount of 539,100.00, and being Loan
/122030306, which Mortgage description is corrected to read as follows:
lot 31 Less the Northwesterly 20 ft. thereof and a portion of
Lot 32 described as follows:
Beginning at the N.E. corner of Lot 32 run southeasterly along
the westerly right of way line of Papaya Drive which is a curve
concave to the west having a radius of 380• ft., a distance of 35 ft.
to a point; thence run southwesterly along a non-radial line a
distance of 129.09 ft. to a point on the west line of lot 32, 13.90 ft.
from the N.W. corner of said lot 32; thence run northwesterly a
distance of 13.90 ft. to the N.W. Corner of lot 32; then run north-
easterly along the north line of lot 32 a distance of 124.96 ft. to
the POB.
All of the above lying and being in Block 80 Indian River
Estates Unit 9, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 74, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
AND the above described Mortgage with Citizens Federal Savings and
Loan Association of St. Lucie County is hereby corrected as set out
herein above:
