This is a corrective mortgage designed to correct
an erroneous legal description appearing in that
certain mortgage dated March 26, 1979, and
recorded in O.R. Book 306, Page 1676, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
upon which intangible tax has been paid as
evidenced by receipt No. 483175.
