ORDER FOR PAYMENT OF ATTORNEY FEES AND COSTS
This cause, having come on to be heard before me upon
motion an affidavit for payment of a reasonable attorney fee
by ROBERT D. RYAN, and this court having heard the argument
of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
finds, based upon the case of Brown v. Marsh, 123 So. 762 (Fla. 1929),
that the motion has merit. Whereupon, it is
ORDERED that the Clerk of this court pay to N. RICHARD SCHOPP,
ESQUIRE, Suite 204 Citizens Federal Building, 8410 South Federal
Highway, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452 as a reasonable attorney
fee, $340.00 plus $42.00 court costs out of the sums paid into
the registry of the court as a result of this Interpleader action,
deducting therefrom any costs of making any payments therefrom.
