Pretrial Conference having been held, it is E
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
I. STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made as follows:
1. That on or about October 2, 1974, the Defendant/Cross
Defendant/Third-Party Defendant, Devitt Adams., executed
a hunting lease to the Riteco Development Corporation j
and Riteco, as lessor, agreed for a consideration to
permit the Defendant, Adams, to hunt upon Riteco's land
individually and while accompanied by guests, and that
lease expired on July 31, 1975.
2. That on or about January 3, 1976, the Defendant Devitt
Adams, owned anc? operated a motor vehicle on private
property in Okeechobee County approximately five miles
to seven miles north of Fort Drum, Florida, and west of
Highway $441, in which the Plaintiff, Oma James, was ~ _
a passenger.
3. At all times material hereto Oma and Lucille James were
lawful husband and wife residing in Fort Pierce, St.
Lucie County, Florida.
II.EVIDENCE
1. Defendants have reserved all objections to all Plaintiffs'
i Exhibits except for the lease agreement, which is Plaintiffs'
Exhibit B, the tax returns, Plaintiffs' Exhibit C and the
mortality tables, Plaintiffs' Exhibit D. }
~ 2. Plaintiffs have reserved all objections on all Defendant
Adams' Exhibits except for Defendant Adams' Exhibit D,
E the income tax returns of Plaintiffs.

3. As to the Defendant Riteco Development Corporation's Exhibits
r
there are no objections to the lease agreement between -
Riteco and Devitt Adams dated October 2, 1974, no objections
to the tax returns of the Plaintiffs anc~ no objections to the
general highway map of Okeechobee County (Defendant Riteco's
Exhibits 1,2 and 3).
III.OTHER PROVISIONS f
Said Exhibits may be amended up to seven (7) days prior to
trial and the Court specifically requires that there be
a specific listing of any documentary exhibits and that all
~ supplemental exhibits be supplied to respective counsel. s
