Expert witnesses may be called out of turn by either
party.
V. WITNESSES
Only those witnesses listed at the Pretrial Conference
and names filed with the Clerk will be permitted to
testify, except the parties themselves and impeachment
witnesses. Either party may call any witness listed
by any other party. Witnesses may be added up to seven
(7) days prior to the trial.
VI.PEREMPTORY CHALLENGES
Plaintiff shall have nine (9) peremptory challenges
and each Defendant shall have three (3) peremptory
challenges.
VII.JURY INSTRUCTIONS
Proposed jury instructions, on a separate sheet for each
charge, shall be submitted to the Court at the beginning
of the trial, with copies to attorneys. Additional jury
instructions shall be submitted no later than at the
conclusion of the testimony.
VIII.EXERCISE OF CHALLENGE
Outside the hearing of the jury in a manner selected by
the Court. Rule 1.431 (e)
