STIPULATION
The undersigned counsel for the parties hereto
agree and stipulate to the entry of an Order releasing
the funds presently held in the Registry of this Court
in the above-captioned matter in the amount of $15,930.00
to R. N. KOBLEGARD, III, as attorney for the Wife.

the sum of $15,930.00 presently being held in the Registry of
the Court.
