THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard before this Court,
and the Court having heard the evidence and arguments of counsel,
it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Husband shall pay child support in the amount of
$30.00 per week.
2. The Husband shall not be responsible for furnishing
health, life or other insurance for the benefit of the Wife or
minor child.
3. The child support payments shall be made through the

Clerk of the Circuit Court together with the $2.00 fee as
statutory costs to be added to each weekly payment made to the
r Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier'

s check. Said payments shall commence on Friday, May 25, 1979.

4. The Husband shall pay the tlife's attorney's fee from
the original dissolution of marriage in the amount of $250.00 to-
gether with costs assessed at $30.00 for a total-of $280.00. Said

attorney's £ee and costs shall be paid at t'~e rate of $35.00 per

week until paid in full.
5. The Husband is awarded visitation rights: Two weekends
each month on alternate weekends to cor,~nence at 5:00 P.M. Fridays
and terminate at 6:00 P.M. Sundays. The Husband is further awarde
two weeks continuous visitation with the child during the summer
