YVONNE M. JACKSON, Wife.
TEMPORARY ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Wife's Petition
for a restraining order, without notice to the Husband, and it
being determined thatthe Wife is without sufficient funds to post
bond, and the Court having been fully advised in the premises,
it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that until a hearing or further order
of this Court in this cause, the Husband, GARY J. JACKSON, be and
the same is hereby enjoined and restrained from coming about,
harassing, annoying, molesting or threatening the Wife, YVONNE M.
JACKSON. The Sheriff is hereby instructed to enforce this restrain-
ing order by taking the offending party into custody and holding
until that party can be brought before the Court.
Done and Ordered in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
