THIS INDENTURE executed this 11th day of May, A. D., 1979,
between GERALDINE H. BRADBERRY, as Personal Representative of the
Estate of MARTHA B. HUTTO, a/k/a MARTHA C. HUTTO, deceased, party
of the first part, and GERALDINE H. BRADBERRY, an unmarried woman,
and JONTI M. LUTE, a married woman, parties of the second part,
whose post office address is: 42 South Roscoe Boulevard, Ponte
Vedra, Florida 32082
WITNESSETH:
_ The party of the first part on the 11th day of May, 1979, in
consideration of the premises and the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and
other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grant$ bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party
of the second part, and to their heirs and assigns forever, that
certain real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more
particularly described as follows;
Lot 22, Block 1100, PORT ST. LUCIE,
Sec. 8, Plat Book 12, page 38A, of
the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the parties of the second .part,

and to their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
. AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the
parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that in all

things preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance
the laws of the State of Florida have been followed and complied with
