AFFIDAVIT
I, ANGELA OLIGER, being duly sworn make this affidavit and state that I
am Supervisor in the Deeding Department of GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION,
a Delaware Corporation, authorized to do business in the State of Florida.
That on April 28, 1978 the Deeding Department erroneously prepared and had
executed a deed to ALFRED N. STURTZ and IRIS STURTZ, his wife, comieying
title to property described as:
Lot 21, Block 1615 of PORT ST. LUCIE, Section 23.
That this was erroneous in that ALFRID N. STURTZ did not have a wife named
IRIS and title to sub'ect ro ert was to be taken in hi

That this affidavit is being attached to the corrected deed, properly con-

veying title to the subject property to ALFRED N. STURTZ individually and

that the recorded deed may be clarified.
