of the parties, and the Court being advised that an update
or an additional study is required to be made prior to the
hearing previously scheduled for July 5, 1979, it is upon
consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Department of Health and
Rehabilitiative Services be and they are hereby ordered to
do an update or an additional study of the parties prior
to the hearing scheduled for July 5, 1979 and file same
with this court, furnishing copies of same to attorneys
for the Petitioner and Respondent.
