The goods now in custody of the Sheriff of St. Lucie County shall be forthwith delivered over to the Defendant and the Defendant shall sign a receipt for same; and 2. This turnover shall not constitute a waiver of II Plaintiff's right to litigate the issue of its entitlement to possession to possession of those articles, and 3.
