ORDER OF CONTINUANCE OF TRIAL
This matter having come before the Court on the Plaintiff's
oral motion for a continuance on the ground that one of its
necessary witnesses is unavailable for trial it is
i ORDERED that the trial of this cause is continued until
reset, by motion of either the Plaintiff or Defendant, on
the following terms and conditions:
1. The goods now in custody of the Sheriff of St.
Lucie County shall be forthwith delivered over to the Defendant
and the Defendant shall sign a receipt for same; and
2. This turnover shall not constitute a waiver of
II Plaintiff's right to litigate the issue of its entitlement
to possession to possession of those articles, and
3. The Defendant shall, if Plaintiff later be awarded
~ possession of those items, turnover to Plaintiff all the
j items remaining in his posses on and shall account for, and
pay over to Plaintiff the -~ert~ price of any items disposed
of by Defendant. `
