4. In the event the ownership of the mo?t nged premises, or any part (hereof, becomes vested in a person other `
than the Mortgagor, the Aortgagee may, wit~out notice to the Mort~1 agor, deal with such successor or successors in '
interes! with reference to this deed and the debt hereby secured, in the same manner ns with the l~lortgngor without
in any way vitiating or discharging the Mortgagor's liability hereunder or upon the debt hereby secured. 1~?o sale of '
the premises hereby mo?tgaged and no forbearance on the part of the Mortgagee, artd no extension of the lime for
the payment of the debt hereby secured given by the Mortgagee shall operate to release, discharge, modify, change
+ or affect the original liability o) the Mortgagor herein either in whole or in part.
5. The lien of this deed secures and shall continue to secure pnymen! o/ said indebtedness or indebtednesses,
however evidenced, whether 6 said promissory note or nny renewal or extension thereof or substitute therefor,
or otherwise, until all such indebtedness shall have been /ul[y paid.
6. Ij foreclosure proceedings of any second mortgage or any junior lien of any kind should be ?nst?tuted, fhe
,Lortgagee, its successors or assigns, may at ifs option, immediately or thereafter declare this mortgage and fhe in- -
debtedrress secured hereby due and payable.
i 7. That in the event the remises hereby mortgaged. or any part thereof, shall be condemned and taken for
public use under the power o~eminent domain, the Mortgagee, its successors and assigru, shall have the right to
demand that all damages nu?arded for the taking o/ or damages to said premises shall 6e paid to the Mortgagee, its
successors or asstpns, up to the amount then unpaid on this mortgage and may 6e applied upon fhe payment or pay-
meats last payable hereon.
8. The terms "Mortgagor" and "l4fortgngee" whenever used in this instrument shall include the heirs, personal
representatives, successor and asstQns of the respective parties hereto. Wherever used the singular number shall
