In the event !here shall 6e Jaed a bill to foreclose this deed. the plainli f f shall immediately and irithout po- lice be entitled to the appointment of a receiver for the mortgaged properly and the re?ils, earnings, issues, income and profils !hereof, with the usual power of receivers in such cases, and such receiver may he contuna~d in posses- sion o said property and of said rents, earnings, issues, inconte and profils of said property cluing the Nertdency of such f oreclosure suit, and the Mortgagor hereby specifically waives iho right to object to such appointmen! and consents that such oppointmenl shall be made as an admitted equity and as a matter of absolute ?ight to the ,~lo?t gagee, and without reference to the adequacy or inadequacy of the value of the mortgaged property or to the sol- j vency or insolvency of the ttilortgagor or any other parlW defendant to such suit. 4. In the even! the ownership of the mort aged premises, or any part thereof, becomes vested in n person other than the 1•'lortgagor, the 1<lortgagee may, wil~out notice to the Mo?t agor, deal with such successor or successors in { interest with ?ef erence to this -deed and the debt hereby secured, in t~e same manccer as u~ilh the I`lortgagor without 1 in any way vitiating or discharging the Mortgagor's Iiabilily hereunder or upon the debt hereby secured. The lien of this deed secures and shall continue to secure payment of said indebtedness or indebtednesse:, however evidenced, whether 6 said promissory note or an renewal or extension thereof or substitute therefor, or olhenuise, until all such indebtedness shall have been fully paid. 6. If foreclosure proceedings of any second mortgage or any junior lien of any kind should be instituted, the ~~lortgagee, its successors or assigns, may at ifs option, immediately or !hereof ter declare this mortgage and the in- ~ debtedness secured hereby due and payable. 7. That in the event the premises hereby mortgaged, or any part thereof, shall be condemned and taken for ~ public use wider the power o eminent domain, the Mortgagee, its successors and assigns, shall have the right to ~ demand that all damages awarded jor the taking of or damages to said premises shall be paid to the Mortgagee, its successors or assi ns, up to the amount then unpaid on this mortgage and may 6e applied upon the payment or pay- ments last pnynb~e hereon.
