CONDOMINIUM WARRANTY DEED
• THIS INDENTURE, made this day of January, 1979, between
ROMAS SAKALAS, as to an undivided 47.5$ t rest, hereinafter referred to
as"Grantor", and HOOSHANG H006HMAND; as to an undivided 27.55 interest, and
SOPHIA R. REEVES; as to an undivided 208 interest, as tenants in common,
whose post office address is 2800 South Ocean Drive, Vero Beach, County of
Indian River, State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as "Grantees";
W I T N E S S E T H
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOL-
LARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid
by the Grantees, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained and sold to the Grantees, and the Grantees' heirs and assigns
forever, the following described condominium unit situate, lying and being
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 2A OF LAWNWOOD MEDICAL ARTS BUILDING, a Condominium
according to the Declaration of Condominium dated the 17th
day of July, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Book 290,
Page 1627, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,

Grantor resides on property other than that conveyed above, and as such the
above property is not the homestead of the Grantor.

will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
