BEF~ IrE, the undersigned authority, personally appeared CARI. F.
EyiR, who, being first duly sworn, says as follows:
1. Affiant's name is CARL F. ELIing1I~KER, ris profession is Attorney
at Law, and his place of business is 51 E. Ocean Boulevard, Stuart,
Florida 33494.
2. He was attorney for Ologistics, Inc., a Florida torparation, on
and about May 26, 1978 when he prepared that certain Claim of Lien by
the said Ologistics, Inc. against Hutchinson Island Limited Partnership,
dated May 26, 1978 and reoorcieci on May 30, 1978 in Official Records Book
287, pages 2584 and 2585, of the public records of St. Lucie Oounty,
Florida, in the a~mcnmt of $168, 639.38, effecting property more par-
titularly described in said Claim of Lien and as described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
3. Affiant believes that, on May 19, 1978, the said Ologistics,
Inc. filed a Petition ceder Chapter 11, United States Oode (Bankn~tcy
Act) .
4. Affiant further believes that Section Ll of Qiapter Ll, United

Stated C7ode (Bankn~tcy Act) ~rwides as follows
"e. A receiver or trustee may, within ciao years
subsequent to the date of adjudication or within such
~ further period of time as the Federal or State law
E may permit, institute proceedings on behalf of the
estate upon any claim against which the period of

5. Accordingly, Affiant believes that the period for enforcement,

by suit or otherwise, of the Claun of Lien described in Paragraph 2.

above has been extended by virtue of the provisions of Section L1 of the
Bankruptcy Act aforesaid, and accordingly will not expire, by virtue
tt~exeof until May 17, 1980.
6. Affiant further suggests that any attempt by any person, to
de~cla*'rn or attempt bo declare such Claim of Lien unenforcable prior to
