Such provisions as are mcorporated by reference heninto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and ~in-Unl~orm
Covenants 18. 19.20 and 22 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Leader agree that all references to the Property, Borrower,
Lender and Note rnntained in the above described master form of mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall
be construed to mean the Property. Borrower. Lender and Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy
of the complete tort of the provisions hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower. Lender. at Lender's option within hventy years from the date of this
Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Barr+ower. Such Future Advances. with interest thereon. shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evidencod by promissory notes stated that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtedness seeurod by this Mortgage. not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the
security of this Mortgage. ezceed the original amount of the Note plus US S 5,300.00 -
