recover from the Defendant, ROBERT C. AMANN, individually, the

sum of Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-t ree dollars and
sixteen cents ($15,563.16; for principal, interest to date of

the Final Hearing, attorney's fees end Court costs.

2. As to Count III, that Plaintiff, ?ORT ST. LUCIE

I BANK, recover from Defendant, ROBERT C. ~~MA~IN, indi~-idually, the
stm of Forty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-two dollars and

3. Let execu'ion issue for the aforesaid sums due to

is responsible on the continuing guarantee which is Plaintiff's I

Exhibit ido. 12 in this cause for the debts of R-CAM HOMES, INC.,
to the naximum extent of Twenty-five Thousand dollars ($25,000.00),
less the amount of Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-three dollars
_ and sixteen cents ($15,563.16), and that this potential liability
on the continuing guarantee constitutes a limit of liability in
any further proceedings by the Plaintiff for a deficiency juc:~ment
